RETURN POLICY

I, Cassandra (owner of FaithLine Clothing Co.), built this company with a firm foundation of supreme quality and customer care. I stand by my hand crafted products so much that I have updated my return policy to prove it! 

 

I hope that you LOVE your purchase(s). Returns are gladly accepted within 14 (30 days) days of your order delivered date. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove any tag. Read our Eligibility & Return Guidelines below. FaithLine Clothing Co. will not accept any returns, unless they are approved. The link to obtain an approval can be found at the bottom of this page.

 

Refund options :

Option (1)   Receive a FaithLine Clothing Co. store credit for the full price of your return. Our store credits go directly to your email and will be available immediately after we process your return product. Credit excludes original shipping cost. Use our FREE USPS prepaid return label. (This label will be emailed to you once your return is approved)

Option (2)    Receive a refund for your order, minus the cost of the USPS prepaid shipping label. (This label will be emailed to you once your return is approved)

Option (3)    Ship your return to us with the carrier of your choice. (Return address will be provided once your return is approved)

 

FAITHLINE CLOTHING CO Eligibility & Return Guidelines 

 

  • Merchandise can be returned if they are in their original condition (unworn & unwashed) and free from odor, color bleeds from clothing, make-up, and animal hair within 14 days (30 days)of the order delivered date. Meaning the return must be in our hands within 14 days (30 days) of the date your order was delivered. Please be advised that we do not accept returns after 14 days! No Exceptions!!

 

  • All FaithLine Clothing Co. size labels/tags must be intact

 

  • All items marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are NOT eligible for a return or exchange.

 

  • All customized options outside of our standard selection options are NOT eligible for a return or exchange.

 

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded

 

 

Return Process

 

Once returned items are received, your return will be processed within 5 business days.  If your returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued by the method you select with our Return link. If you choose to receive a refund in the manner that you paid, your refund will be processed as the following:  Original price, minus any promotions or discounts, minus original shipping, minus the cost of the prepaid label. If you choose to receive a store credit, then we will provide a FREE shipping label.

 

Damages & Defects

 

FaithLine Clothing Co warrants their clothing to the original owner up 3 days of the date of delivery of the order. Warranty covers unworn merchandise with hangtags still attached. Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported by emailing a picture of the damage or faulty item to contact@faithlineclothingco.com
